How does it work day to day?+

When you finish a job, add the customer's name and mobile number or email (or upload a CSV from your job software). Merciloop sends a short, friendly message from your business with a direct link to your Google review page. If they haven't tapped the link after a few days, we send one polite reminder, and that's it. No spam.

Is this allowed under Canada's anti-spam law (CASL)?+

Merciloop is built with CASL in mind: every message names your business, emails include your mailing address and an unsubscribe link, texts include "Reply STOP to opt out", and opt-outs are honoured instantly. You confirm that each customer has done business with you recently or agreed to hear from you (the consent checkbox). This isn't legal advice, so check your own situation.

Do you filter out unhappy customers?+

No. Google's policies prohibit "review gating" (only asking happy customers for reviews), and it can get your reviews removed. Merciloop sends every customer the same honest request. Businesses that respond well to the occasional critical review tend to earn more trust, not less.

Where do I find my Google review link?+

Search for your business on Google, open your Business Profile, and click "Ask for reviews" or "Share review form". Copy that link into Merciloop's settings. You can also paste your Place ID and we'll build the link.

What does it cost?+
